Betsy Harris took First place in her Class and walked out with an IFBB professional Fitness card. Lishia Dean took Runner-up in her Class and will be gearing up for her next shot of a Pro card in September at the Team Universe competition. | In Loving Memory of my Aunt Nancy |
My loving aunt passed away 3/10 from cancer. I ask that you all pray for our family. She has 3 children and 1 grandson. She has fought a long battle and is now in a better place than all of us. I don't understand this disease but I know it is awful and they must find a cure for it.
I got to see her the day before she passed into heaven.

I want to congratulate Beth on being in the top 5 her first 2 shows. She has competed in Novice, Masters and Open. You can see more of her on my testimonial page. It has been her goal to compete for several years and she finally accomplished it.
I also want to send a HUGE "Thank You" to Joyce for not only taking off work to support me but Beth also. That's a great friend to have. Joyce has spent the weekend w/ me at the Arnold and the West Virginia Gran Prix. You probably have seen her on my home page. She had a GREAT transformation on her 40th b-day. Stay tuned for more show updates in March. Joyce is going to be doing her first show and Beth will be doing more.

...well so did Rachel.
I have never met Rachel but have seen a picture. She purchased
my on-line program and in Week 10 She
had lost 22
pounds w/ more to come. 
She set
her goal and is now doing whatever possible to achieve
it. She has little ones at home and still makes time
to get in her workouts. She has days that aren't as easy
as others but is still staying positive. I'm very proud
of her as so is her family!

I'd like to Congratulate Kim Derksen on her 5th place at her FIRST Show. Kim was a Phat Camper and Bear Retreater! I'm very proud of her. She is only going to get better, so watch out.

It goes to show ya, your never to "young" to start competing. She placed top 5 in Novice and Open class. Congratulations Joyce.
